• Established a Greenfield project for Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd for product manufacturing from Design to Deployment in the area of Smart Electronic Energy Metering/A.M.R.Systems/Power Back up Inverters/Solar Inverters/Batteries/Solar Modules.
• Implemented Lean manufacturing at Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd.,
• Setup high volume SMT manufacturing lines for G.P.I.L at Haridwar.
• Set up E.M.T.Line/Solar Line/Meter Line at R.E.I.L, Jaipur from Design   to Deployment with several patented technologies.
• Set up complete Instrumentation/SCADA/Nuclear electronics & Instrumentation system for nuclear fuel reprocessing plant at BARC as Head, Instrumentation.
• Established as   Director, Rural electronics technology centre &STPI at Jaipur with several patented products development & software export units. Products developed were Milk collection centre,   solar   water pumping system & lighting systems.
