PRODUCTS & PROJECTS

During the course of employment , I have worked on following 7E Pioneering & Patented technology development projects.

A: ELECTRONICS
1 Milk collection centre developed which measures Quality, Quantity & Prompt payment to be made to the 4 crore Dairy farmers in the country deployed at more then 5Lac villages during the working at R.E.I.L.
2:SCADA systems developed and implemented at Nuclear fuel reprocessing plant monitoring 350 Analog Variables & 500 Digital Variables at B.A.R.C.
3:Control & Instrumentation systems at Nuclear fuel reprocessing plant. As Head Instrumentation designed & deployed complete instrumentation system for a Radio chemical plant at B.A.R.C.
4:RFID BASED Animal identification system was developed for the first time in the country as DSIR funded project at R.E.I.L
5:Oil seed analyzer was developed as DSIR funded project & deployed PAN India at AGRO cooperatives helping farmers in the prompt payment of their AGRO Produce at R.E.I.L.

B: ENERGY
1:Since 1985 in the area of Renewable Energy developed & deployed more then 100 MW of ON GRID/OFF GRID/& HYBRID Solar systems at R.E.I.L/GENUS.
2:OFF GRID systems developed were Solar lantern/street lighting systems/water pumping systems/home lighting systems/MPPT charge controllers and more then 2 Million systems have been deployed in rural areas of the country at REIL/GENUS.
3:Pioneering SINE WAVE Inverters were developed & deployed for back up & solar applications and more then 1 Million systems have been deployed at GENUS.
4:As a pioneering development Electromechanical energy meters have been replaced with electronic energy metering systems and now by 2025 they shall be replaced with smart metering systems at REIL/GENUS
5:SOLAR FARMS consultancy in design and development for more then 100 MW have been given to more then 25 clients.

C:ENVIRONMENT
1:Air monitoring systems for CO/SO2/NOX pollutants were developed & deployed for the first time in the country at R.E.I.L.
2:EV HYBRID Vehicles have been developed for start up at S.K.I.T.
3:EV Charging systems have been developed and deployed for 2/3 wheelers at GENUS
4:BMS for LI ION Battery systems & LI ION Battery for 2/3 wheeler EV’S have been developed and deployed.
5:HOME BIO GAS for organic waste have been developed and deployed by start up being promoted at SKIT.

D: EMBEDDED & IT
1:MICRO ERP systems have been developed and deployed for village milk cooperative societies at REIL
2:Patented embedded software’s were developed for Milk Analyzers/Milk weighing systems/solar charge controllers and inverters/RF ID Terminals/Metering systems etc at REIL/GENUS.
3:Voter id card software was designed and developed and more then 170 Million voter id cards were made for the first time in the country at REIL.
4:DAIRY ERP for dairy plants were developed and deployed at REIL.
5:Banking software for cooperatives with hand held terminals was developed and deployed at R.E.I.L. Also SAP was implemented at GENUS

E: EDUCATION & TRAINING
1:Computer H/W & S/W trainings were organized for more then 1000 students.
2:Training for service personnel’s at REIL and GENUS were organized along with courseware development.
3:Solar fundamentals training for SOLAR ROOF TOP INSTALLERS have been developed and organized for more then 100 participants.
4: Embedded software training for ARDIUNO/RUSPBERRY/ARM controller was organized for more then 500 students at SKIT.
5:Robotics & Drones training with courseware development was organized for more then 200 students at SKIT.

G: ENTREPRENUREL DEVELOPMENT
1:HYBRID VEHICLE start up have been developed at SKIT.
2:College students training & tour organization start up was developed at SKIT.
3:3D PRINTER/ROBOTICS/DRONES Start up was developed at SKIT.
4:IOT Start up was mentored at SKIT.
5:AGROMEDIX start up for helping farmers in quality production and marketing was developed having more then 50000 farmers base.
